What are the types and principles of electric ball valves

Type and classification of electric ball valve:

4. According to the shape of the valve, it can be divided into ordinary electric valve and micro electric valve.

Operating principle of electric ball valve:
The electric ball valve is connected with the valve by the electric actuator. After installation and commissioning, the valve is driven by the power supply to realize the opening and closing operation of the valve, so as to realize the purpose of opening and closing or adjusting the pipeline medium. The opening, closing and half opening state of the electric valve can be adjusted to control the flow of medium in the pipeline, but the solenoid valve does not meet this requirement.

The solenoid valve is a kind of electric valve. The magnetic field generated by the solenoid coil is used to pull the valve core, change the end of the valve body, turn off the power supply of the coil, and the valve core will return according to the pressure of the spring.

Electric ball valves are mainly used to block, distribute and change the flow direction of media in industrial control pipelines. It can only close its tightness through 90 degree rotation and small rotation torque. (John F.
